The Walkaround Instant View feature facilitates roadside inspections by providing immediate visual updates. Additionally, the included Incident Report Template is available at no extra cost. Robust security measures, including secure login and encryption protocols, prevent unauthorized access and data tampering.

The platform allows users to monitor compliance effectively by displaying which personnel have completed their checks and which have not. It supplies detailed defect information necessary for planning timely repairs. Furthermore, it supports separate walkaround inspections for tractors and trailers when required.

From initial registration, each defect report comprehensively includes:

• Driver identification
• Vehicle ID (registration or fleet number)
• Date, time, and location of the check
• Confirmation of Nil Defects or details of any reported defects
• Driver’s digital signature

Upon registration, users can immediately access these features. The system is adaptable; we offer assistance in customizing your SmartCheck installation by incorporating your company’s colors and logo, as well as adding bespoke checks.
